I recently updated Visual Studio 2010 for SIP 1 and saw that "4.0.30319.1" to "4.0 .30319.225 ". I have an update for "4.0.3031 9.225". The NET 4 framework was not able to detect the installer. I can only get an update exe which is used to update a particular machine. When I apply my application right now, it still uses the old Pre-SP1 version of the framework.
Is there a new bootstrapper that I should use? There are problems with creating an application for targeted software on "4.0.30319.225", which contains only "4.0.30319.1"? According to a comment from

As I mentioned in the previous comment, VS2010 SP1 requires this update and will automatically install it as part of the setup.
