build process - How can I set an Android Makefile to copy/rename files? -

According to the Android online docs, there is no way to specify multiple file extensions for the GCC compiler in android messaging. The source I am using is a public project, it has many extensions and I need to rename the files to compile it. CPP before building

I can copy these files to a project subfolder and I can rename them and then link them from there, but I want to make this step a part of the process so that any While those files can be modified at the time, I can be sure that this change will reflect those changes.

I'm sure how to copy and paste files on android.mk file files. I tried to do this but it does not work:

  cp '$ (LOCAL_PATH) / $ (SOURCE_ROOT) /Sprite.mm' '$ (LOCAL_PATH) / $ (MM_RENAMES) / Sprite.cpp '   I found the following error:  
  Anhdroid.mk10  *  missing separator. Thank you.

 Alternatively, if someone knows how to embed a call to execute a call, at the beginning of the makefile Shell / Perl script will also work.   
 
  OK, got it worked to copy files:  < Pre>  $ (shell CP-FR $ (LOCAL_PATH) / $ (SOURCE_ROOT) /Sprite.mm $ (LOCAL_PATH) / $ (MM_RENAMES) /Sprite.cpp)   
 and It also works to run an outside script:  
  $ (perl script / foo.pl)
