Unfortunately not. There is no way to record MX for the domain to differentiate between different addresses. However, if it is possible to create a subdomain email address, you can get away with creating a catch-all address in Google Apps and then set the filter to properly forward the mail.
However, I think your best solution really needs to start paying for Google Apps if you are using it on a large scale. Certainly worth it.
