c# - Change Cookie not working -

I am using a web browser and trying to change cookies but the cookie still remains I donot Know why

Why does not any ideas change? I tried to monitor but saw that the method InternetSetCookie is not changing, but the page that was navigating to the renders and the page change cookie is not my method

    I uninstalled ASP.Net MVC 2 device for Visual Studio 2010. How can I restore it? MVC2 downloads seem to include only the VS2008 device.
