LocalURLFetchService from within may be just "work" but that does not seem to be the case.
getRemoteDataUsingUrlFetch to refactor so that it does not use
URLFetchServiceFactory.getURLFetchService () because it makes locally inauspicious ??? (It seems that it will actually suck ...)
