Is there a script that will allow a survey lake to attach 2 photos for a survey response? I am creating a web page for my 25th High School Reunion, I want to post an online survey that will allow the survey taker to upload "photo" and "now" photos with their responses or to attach . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Well, it works thanks !!! Now I have to know how to send it with the presentation (picture) for my email. I am very confused.
You are ready to go, just add server-side scripts to handle images.
