Long answer: I had the opposite problem while using the report-user to submit a 1-page form letter: ReportWeek provided it properly (one page) in the browser, but exported The PDF has added a blank page. The body size in my .rdlc file was exactly 8.5 x 11 inches, so I could see margins. The problem was fixed by shrinking the vertical shape of the body to remove the white space below the last object (9.8 "in my case). (The exported PDF still has a page size of 8.5x11.)
