c# - prerequisite .net framework 3.5 sp1 in setup -

I included Framework 3.5 SP1 in my setup and chose the option: "download from the same place as my application Condition ", but it does not do this. Instead, when installed, I see a message that asks me to go from the web to the download structure 3.5 SP1. What am I missing? thank you in advanced.
