I am trying to use git above an old enterprise store on our new GIT remote (original / master) There are many users who are working GIT SVN Clone of the old repo. The problem occurs when we do GIT SVN DCI to make changes to the old Subversion Repos from the new GIT repo, the user's username is lost and instead git svn is replaced by clone'd user's information. Is there any way to keep the information of the Commander in subdivision on DCT?
you git-svn with He said, and the inverse storey format is bad. GIT does not support it merge well, or supports comptvs versus authors or is not committed for a different time than the time of push. Git-svn is okay to get git ui locally, but it can not do a lot about the data model. Hopefully you will be able to move into a GIT repository, possibly with an SVN frontend (now and with Github's closed source option). - add-author-from and - Usage-log-writer . In the previous message, a GIT writer is represented by a to: line, then a reverse conversion occurs.
