I have downloaded Visual C # 2010 Express and XNA Game Studio 4.0 on my CPU (32-bit) machine. I had to do this to download files individually because the App Hub package is not installed when I tried to do something with the Windows Phone stuff

Anyway, I have trouble with transparency on PNG Is happening and I took this project to work today and found that the content importer and processor (properties) transparency worked well, this Windows 7 Machine

However on XP installation at my house, the drop down menus of these two boxes are empty. I have tried to completely uninstall and reinstall but it does not help. Is there anything else I can try?
