No CSS being applied in Internet Explorer 9 IE9 standards mode - Official Release -


Last night the official release of IE 9 was downloaded and I saw some of the sites that I developed were the IE9 standard None of my CSS is being loaded while running in mode.

What is going on, can someone tell me?

If I look in the Developer Tools then this is empty like a stylesheet file.

There are some sites:

  • I understand Some of my previous work may not work properly in IE 9 but certainly CSS should be loaded and implemented!

    Can not find anyone reporting this issue to Google either.

    I was walking around an hour but could not understand what the problem is.

    I can answer my question. The problem is due to the character encoding in HTML5 boilerplate.
