githooks - Minify CSS files via git hook -

My ideal situation is to minify the CSS files automatically and add them to git commit I'm not sure below # 4, but I want to do the following flow:

Modify the CSS file
Add to the Steering Area
If There is another way, then I would be interested in that too.
Whether you have one more thing, but you can.
In Write a script in the language of your choice / language / language (make sure it is executable) that is pre-committed in that script, run your minifiers command, and do the 'GIT add' work
Here's an example of someone who makes JavaScript in this way:
I have written a test hook:
