Setting background for basic android app -

I am currently working on a basic app using eclipse as my IDE. I am currently having difficulty in setting up an image as my background, I was following a powerful who had asked me to place my image in the Dow-MDPI folder and designate it as an icon, I did it Tried to do it, but instead of placing the Android icon also, when I delete the Android icon image. Is there a better way to do this?

    I uninstalled ASP.Net MVC 2 device for Visual Studio 2010. How can I restore it? MVC2 downloads seem to include only the VS2008 device.
