Are there downsides to having a large number of Drupal Regions? -

I have a Drupal 6 site where there are many different layouts, as well as I try to reduce the areas It needs to be diversified, I have a total of 15 areas. Will this be the cause of any problem? Especially speed problems?

(I'm not using panels or similar with this site and do not plan to do so)

This should not really be the cause of any problem

for example There are 13 areas in this subject and I have never had any problem with it
