I have downloaded the code using the TortoiseSVN GUI . I want to use the svn command in the batch file. However, in TortoiseSVN , the command svn is TortoiseProc.exe / command:. , so I gave the CollabNet command line svn command which provides svn but now I'm getting

  Svn: '.'    I have also tried with  tortoiseProc.exe / command : but also me  
  svn : '.' Work is not a copy     
  It seems that when you execute the SVN in the working directory Not  Turtle Professor .  
 Are you sure that  cd  to  TortoiseProc ?  
 Please note that you must execute the command in the  Functional Copy  folder, not in a  .svn  directory.
