c++ - Error message Cannot open include file: 'gxall.h': No such file or directory -

I'm trying to create some older Visual C ++ code when I do, I get this error message :

  Fatal error C1083: File can not open include: 'gxall.h': no such file or directory    How do I resolve it?   
 
  This is the main header file for the purpose grid, a commercial MFC grid. It was supposed to be sold by a company called Stingray, but now is owned by Rongwave. If your company has been able to create the code, then you should set floating rounds anywhere in the objective grid. If not, you have to buy it.

visual studio 2010 - How to reinstall MVC 2 tools for VS2010? -



    I uninstalled ASP.Net MVC 2 device for Visual Studio 2010. How can I restore it? MVC2 downloads seem to include only the VS2008 device.   Whatever I said, says that MVC 2 has been included in VS2010, but the installation of an improvement did not fix it, and MVC 2 is not listed.
