hibernate - Can new @Immutable entity be inserted -

I have a unit that I just want to insert. I have found that all documents say that an annotated annotated can not be updated with one unit, the small "U" has been updated. What do I need to know is that a new irreversible example can be inserted? Entity is an entry entry, so I just need to insert. None of the updates or deleted.
