iphone - new view animated and overlapping tabbar -

I have a tabbar and in one scene the controller is a button when the user presses the button, then I see a table view I would like to show the view of a NavController because the Rootview animates appear.
Still there is a small empty strip above the navigation bar.

  - (zero) press button {UINavigationController * navController = [[UINavigationController alloc] initWithRootViewController: tableViewController]; [[See itself] Adsview: [New Controller View]]; }   
 Something like this ... This will also be bigger if the new view overlaps the tabbar too ...
