textbox - Hourly Popup window with text input in C# -

I am trying to create an application that opens the window every hour and I want to input some text and submit Allows

This lesson will now be saved in a text file, but a database later.

How do I popup every hour and input text?

It requires running on XP and Win7.

Windows scheduler, or you can use a notification icon You can apply and show the window when the current time is the last popup time after one hour.
