themes - Magento XML problem -

I am developing my first Magento theme, but for a test reason, I had to reinstall the whole environment Obviously, before removing my previous installation, I have copied the folders of my subject. After reinstallation I have placed the theme folders in the right place, but now nothing is working. The system completely ignores my XML files: does not load the correct stylesheet and layout changes that I have made before Re: The theme works well before the installation. The cache is disabled .. Some advice? Delete the contents of the directory

    I uninstalled ASP.Net MVC 2 device for Visual Studio 2010. How can I restore it? MVC2 downloads seem to include only the VS2008 device.
