c# - Issue accessing a WebResource.axd files content within code -


I am trying to combine all the CSS files into a CSS file.

Trouble getting WebResource.axd files included. I know that I can request an HTPe to get it, but I also know that I should be able to bring it inside the AssemblyResourceLoader.

URL format WebResource.axd? D = Encrypted Identifier & amp; T = time stamp value

The problem is facing the Encrypted Identifier is being decrypted so that I can retrieve the CSS.

Any help decrypted identifier or an alternative method of finding web site content for a page

Update: Code I got to decrypt the ID. The next issue for finding out is accessing the material within a resource. Here decrypt code
