html markup: multiple/repeating html,head, body tags, etc. - consequences -

I am working on a website project w / a team. And they started the code, it seems messy to me. We include php in some sections of a page

For example, we are: under index.php :

& lt ;? Includes Php ("pages / header.tpl") ;? & Gt; , and inside it, we also have:

  `  The thing is that in these 3 files we have  & lt; Html & gt; , & Lt; Head>, & lt; Body & gt ;, & lt; Script & gt ;, & lt; Style & gt;  Tags  
 So, these tags are now being repeated in a page -g when I look at source index.php  
 I know this is a valid HTML Do not have a mark-up?  
 My question is, what would be the result of such code / html markup?

  It really depends on which browser you are using and how to parse this file If you use developer tools in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox (via firebug), then you can see the end result of the pars. The browser implementing the HTML5 parser algorithm should give the same results to fake head and HTML tags such as faulty markups, but still there are many browsers in use that are not.  
 The best option is to actually just fix the bad markup.

    I uninstalled ASP.Net MVC 2 device for Visual Studio 2010. How can I restore it? MVC2 downloads seem to include only the VS2008 device.
