winforms - Sending mail using vb.net -

I have developed an application for sending mail to vb.net, for this, I am using net.mail namespace; But I received an error in sending mail which has expired & Amp; I tried to catch hold of this error but I failed to solve this problem.

Is there a solution to this error?

It seems that there is a problem with the SMTP server, your SMTP settings are valid and firewall settings are also valid Please verify.
