cygwin - Why Won't P4 Submit Open Emacs for Me? -

This is very strange, and I think my system has not used it for this problem. I'm on a Windows XP system using Sigwin I have the environment variable $ P4EDITOR set to "emacs", but when I submit a p4, I get an error:

CreateProcess : "Emacs" ". \ T10640t25.tmp": the system can not find the file specified. The client-side operation failed. Command canceled

It is when I set it to vi (except for error, with emacs instead of vi) when I do not completely set $ P4EDITOR, submit In any way, notifications open to me in Notepad ++ are really weird, but in reality I can not save and submit the details that I had placed there.

It seems that the problem is with P4, where for some reason it can create a TMP file, or open or save information, but the problem is in front of me is. Any idea how to open P4 again stuff in MX, or at least to send the content to me in any way in the command line? I am very weird

  It is apparently a special customer for sophine, I downloaded it from it and with it P4.exe has changed its program files, and now everything works surprisingly if someone else has Sigvin / P4 problems, then I recommend taking a Sigwin client.
