If you want to do it in Microsoft Word (which is what I get from the tag) you can put the test in a table (i.e. in a single cell), only Enable lower border (at which point you are located above Situation where black border limit is not aligned with T).

To align the border with T, right-click on the table and select Tablet Property & gt; Visit Table & gt; Set option and left 'Default cell margin' to 0 cm
