Creating a Ticket in remedy Using Java Code -

I need to create a ticket in the BMC measure using Java code.

I But by looking at the example given below, I suggest that there is an example to create an incendent ticket using remedy 7.5 below or somewhere below. Unfortunately, you should get an API from your Remote Installation, they can not be excluded.
